The home benefits from two deck areas, one facing North and the other facing South both of which are perfect for enjoying the beautiful sunsets, star gazing, or just relaxing with a coffee/glass of wine.

    The home is an Abi Hathaway, circa 2004, which has been greatly improved and extensively insulated both underneath and externally, including a new 4 x 4m extension (2022). The external sides have been insulated and clad in tongue and groove to aid heat/cool retention. The home has a gas supply (via bottles) to the boiler and cooker, the boiler also supplies the hot water and central heating system. Electricity is metered and billed quarterly.     Bedroom 2 is smaller with overhead cupboards and a single wardrobe. It has been used as a store room but could be a dressing room, study or small bedroom.
